Entries in the 15 categories, which span the advertising and media industry, are open to women at any level of their business, from chief executive to new starters, and will be judged by a panel of top female executives. One new category will be introduced this year – Entrepreneur. We will also be awarding Woman of the Year – this will be chosen by B&T as being the most influential out of the field of entrants.

The awards night will be a cocktail party with a keynote address from a leading woman in the industry. We will also be announcing B&T’s Power List – recognising the 30 most influential women in the Australia mediascape.

More than just recognition, the Awards provide an opportunity for new business opportunities and network expansion, as well as a chance to learn from some of the most empowering and inspiring women in your industry.

Power List

The Women in Media power list came into being because of the simple fact that the most successful, influential and charismatic women in advertising, marketing and media rarely enter themselves into awards.

Much of their power lays often in their humility it would seem. B&T, however, will not let these doyennes of our industry hide their lights under bushels any longer!

So how do we arrive at our power list? We start with a list of our own and then open nominations to the B&T audience. With the combine list of women we then throw it over to our Women in Media Award judging panel to select their top picks, thus arriving at the final 30.

Submit your nomination today.
